This place exceeded our expectations! The resort is fine, the staff are amazing - especially Joca and Ami in the kids club, and the concierges Jennifer and Josue! The food was fantastic; so many options. The activities were great for kids and adults. We were so impressed; We can't wait to go back!
Amazing! The landscaping was even more beautiful than the online photos showed. Buffet was great, lots of choices. Beach was clean, though a little windy during our visit. Family Selection access to the adult-only area was a nice perk. The Italian and steakhouse restaurants were fantastic!
We had a fantastic family vacation! The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The Italian and Japanese restaurants were particularly good, offering delicious food. Lots to do for everyone, and the access to all three resort sections was a huge plus. The shuttle service to the airport was super convenient for our flight back to the US.
Had a great time, everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the gym was great, and the food was delicious - no complaints from anyone in my family! We loved it!
Our family had a wonderful time! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going above and beyond. The resort itself is gorgeous, and so well-maintained. We especially loved the Italian and Japanese restaurants - delicious food! There were tons of activities to keep everyone busy, and having access to all three resort areas through Family Selection was a real bonus. I'd definitely come back!
